This Game Experience Is Not a Securities Offering

Neither this game nor any in-game assets from Kampeni are intended to promote a securities offering. The Kampeni NFTs, tokens, games, or agents will not provide an ownership interest in Easter Egg Labs, the Kampeni Project, or the intellectual property.

To make it especially clear: this is a community project focused on storytelling. There are no associated ownership interests with any in-game tokens and the team is not optimizing for token price.

The Kampeni License

Easter Egg Labs, Kampeni, and all associated gameplay and lore are the intellectual property of Easter Egg Labs. Nothing in this document is intended to be a license to use any of Easter Egg Labs' or Kampeni's assets without consent.

NFT & Token License

Purchase of a Kampeni Character NFT, Agent, or Token grants a non-exclusive right to use the associated artwork, including for commercial purposes. This right does not extend to any other properties, assets, or lore created or owned by Easter Egg Labs.

This license can be revoked if Easter Egg Labs determines the artwork was used in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, racist, hateful, vulgar, cruel, or illegal, or that promotes any such activity. Easter Egg Labs has sole and complete discretion to make this determination.

Remember — This is a Game

Kampeni is a game first. We hope you play to have fun and help build Kampeni's story. Easter Egg Labs is not optimizing for financial returns for players. By design, some in-game story events may lead to the devaluing of a token.
